摘　　要：为进一步加强QChat平台运行质量监测与考核,在分析QChat平台网络架构的基础上,结合中国电信QChat现网平台统计数据,从开户用户数、话务量以及运行质量等三个方面构建了QChat平台指标体系,从信令点上定义了QChat平台接入性能指标,给出QChat平台运行质量监测指标和考核指标建议。To meet better the needs of a QChat platform in quality monitoring and performance assessment,an indices system of QChat platform is proposed.Based on analyses of the general network architecture of a QChat platform and the real statistics network data from China Telecom,Three indices are chosen to build the system.They are the number of users,the traffic of communications,and the quality of operations.In addition,another index about the access performance of QChat platform is defined on the signaling.
