摘　　要：网络链接作为互联网的"灵魂",使得整个网络连成了一个整体,从根本上改变了传统信息传播方式和阅读方式,但网络链接在方便人们获取信息的同时,也使权利人的许多合法权益被暴露或被侵害。本文就网络链接引发的著作权法律问题进行了研究和探讨。Web links,as the soul of network,join the networks into a whole,and fundamentally changes the traditional methods of reading and information dissemination.However,as it facilitates people to get information,it exposes the legal rights of users to the public,so it is infringed much easily.The copyright legal issues caused by Web links is one of the problems.This article is to study on this topic.
