摘　　要：大学生就业服务体系,是指由政府宏观调控,高校为依托,企业和中介为补充和监督,分工不同却又相互制约的就业服务体系。工科院校非传统专业相对于传统学科,在师资力量、人才培养、社会声誉、就业渠道等方面显著不足。工科院校非传统专业就业服务体系存在特色不鲜明、定位不准、过程简单、人员不足等问题,按照发展性、系统性、针对性、实用性原则,加强工科院校非传统专业就业服务体系的构建和创新,势在必行。This thesis points out that there are various problems in the employment service system for non - traditional majors in engineering and polytechnic universities, such as indefinite characteristics, simple process, inadequate staff, etc. due to the fact that non -traditional majors are inferior to the traditional ones in aspects as staff, personnel training and how to broaden job search, etc. Therefore, it;s imperative to strengthen its construction and innovation of employment service system.
