摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国的宗教工作逐步走上了法治化的轨道。认真总结、科学把握宗教法制建设的历程和规律,对于保障宗教信仰自由,规范宗教事务管理,维护宗教和睦和社会和谐,进而实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标无疑是十分必要的。Since reform and opening,China＇s religious work has gradually come to the right track.It is necessary to sum up the history and rule of religion,protect religious freedom,regulate religious affairs,maintain religious harmony and social harmony,thus achieving a comprehensive grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society.
