摘  要:由于某种铁路环境噪声模糊评价方法存在应用的局限性,采用改进的相对隶属度建立指标隶属度模糊矩阵对原方法进行改进。依据模糊数学原理,由改进的实测值隶属度模糊矩阵、改进的指标标准值模糊矩阵和指标权重向量计算得到最优相对隶属度矩阵。由最优相对隶属度矩阵提取级别特征值,得到评价结果。根据铁路环境噪声模糊综合评价步骤,基于Matlab语言,开发铁路环境噪声模糊评价软件。以3个居民小区为例,采用评价软件进行评价。结果表明:第1和第3居民小区受铁路噪声污染程度为轻度污染,第2居民小区受铁路噪声污染程度为中度污染。Since there were application limitations in certain fuzzy evaluation model for railway environmen- tal noise, the fuzzy matrix of index membership degree was constructed by adopting the improved relative membership degree to improve the original method. Based on the fuzzy mathematical theory, the optimal matrix of relative membership degree was obtained by the improved fuzzy matrix of the measured member- ship degree, the improved fuzzy matrix of index criteria values and index weight vector. The evaluation re- suits were got from the level eigenvalues which were picked up by the optimal relative membership degree matrix. According to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation procedure of railway environmental noise, railway environmental noise fuzzy evaluation software was developed based on Matlab. After using the software to evaluate three housing estates, the results show that the first and the third housing estates are lightly pol- luted while the second one is moderately polluted by railway noise.
