摘  要:内嵌多块钢板销式连接是现代重型木结构节点连接方式中最为有效的一种,被越来越广泛地使用在木结构节点连接中。在实际工程中,由于制作误差,通常木构件的开槽宽度大于钢板厚度,可能对连接节点的承载力有一定影响。为了更好地了解开槽宽度对承载力的影响,基于Johansen屈服理论推导了考虑开槽误差时内嵌三块钢板承载力的计算公式,并进一步分析了开槽误差对其承载力的影响。分析结果表明,连接节点的承载力随开槽误差的增加而减小,所以在实际木工程连接节点中应尽量降低开槽误差。The dowel connections with slotted-in steel plates is one of the most efficient joints for heavy timber structures,which are widely used in modern timber constructions.In the actual timber connection project,slot width of timber components is greater than the thickness of steel plate,which has a certain influence on the load-carrying capacity of the connection.To understand the influence of slot tolerance on the load-carrying capacity,the formula of the dowel type timber connection with three slotted-in steel plates considering the slot tolerance was derived based on the Johansen yield theory,the effect of slot error on load-carrying capacity was analyzed.The results show that the load-carrying capacity of connections is decreased with the increasing of slot width.In the actual timber engineering the tolerance of the slot width should be minimized.
