摘 要:在对8根钢筋混凝土梁进行静载试验的基础上,研究了不同嵌贴长度、嵌贴数量对碳纤维板条嵌贴加固梁的破坏形态、极限承载力及刚度等的影响,并且比较了表层嵌贴法和外贴法的加固效果。结果表明,嵌贴长度对加固梁的破坏形态影响较大,过小的嵌贴长度可能引起梁的剪切破坏,足够的嵌贴长度则会保证梁发生延性较好的弯曲破坏;嵌贴数量对梁的破坏形态影响不大。随着嵌贴数量的增加,梁的极限承载力和刚度能得到大幅度提高,而嵌贴长度对二者的影响较小。此外,通过与外贴碳纤维布加固梁的比较表明,相同嵌贴数量下,表层嵌贴法的加固效果明显优于外贴法。Based on the tests carried on eight beams,the failure mode as well as the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of the strengthened flexural RC beams with NSM CFRP strips were investigated on different strengthening conditions such as different CFRP embedment lengths and different areas of CFRP strips,furthermore,the strengthening effects of NSM technique and externally bonded technique were compared.The research results indicate that the area of CFRP stripes has little influences on failure modes of the beams while the embedment length has great impact,which means that too small embedment length may cause shear failure of beams and that enough embedment length can ensure flexural failure with great ductility.With the increase of the area of CFRP strips,the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of beams can be greatly improved,while the embedment length has little effect on them.In addition,the comparing results also show that with the same reinforcement amount,NSM technique has a better performance than externally bonded technique.
