摘 要:芯筒-刚臂结构是高层和超高层建筑的一种优越结构形式,其利用高层建筑的设备层、避难层等布置伸臂或环带加强构件,形成水平刚臂。由于伸臂使外柱参与抵抗倾覆弯矩,利用外柱轴力形成力偶,从而减小芯筒承担的力矩。这种结构形式具有较大的抗侧移刚度;但是刚臂的设置带来的芯筒刚度和内力沿楼高的突变等问题,容易造成结构在大震下的隐患。另外,对芯筒-刚臂结构体系设置多道防线较难。总结了针对该类结构体系的几种分析方法和分析模型,以及在进行抗震设计时应当注意的问题;同时介绍了耗能减震技术在该结构体系中的应用新进展。The core-outrigger structure is an efficient structural style,which has been widely used in the high-rise buildings,and the equipment story and the asylum story can be used as a rigid arm by arranging outriggers and belts.Exterior columns could provide axial forces by the outrigger connected with the core,then the ability of anti-overturning moment is improved remarkably,so the moment shared by the core is reduced.This type of structure has large lateral stiffness,however,the stiffness and internal forces break along the building are inevitable because of the arrangement of the outrigger,which will be hidden troubles in the rare earthquake.In addition,the location of multi-defense line for the core-outrigger structure is rather difficult.This paper summarizes several kinds of analysis method and models for core-outrigger structures,and relevant problems when designing such types of structures.Some current research progress of energy dissipation technology used in this structure is also introduced.
