摘 要:针对电火工品可靠性试验中采用常规方法检测发火电流时的测量数据存在误差,不能真实反映发火过程的问题,提出基于Rogowski线圈的电火工品无损耗检测方法。该方法以Rogowski线圈作为电流测量元件,在检测过程中,Rogowski线圈与被测导体无直接的电量连接,不消耗电路本身的能量,实现了对被测电流的无损耗取样,较好地解决了电火工品可靠性试验中微秒级瞬态信号的检测。试验表明:测量结果与理论计算值具有相同的变化规律,测试波形准确。Aiming at the problem of measurement error occurred and detection data couldn't indicate the ignition process in the reliability testing of EED by using conventional method to test the fire current, a lossless detection method for EED based on Rogowski coils was put forward in this paper. The method used Rogowski coils as the measuring elements of the current signal. In the detection process, there was no direct electric quantity connection between the Rogowski coils and the measured conductor, the coils didn't consume the energy of the circuit itself, so lossless sampling of the measured current was achieved. In reliability testing of EEl), the method solved the problem of data detection of the microsecond transient signal. The experimental results showed that the measurement results and the theoretical calculation value had the same changing pattern, the testing oscillograms of firing current was accurate.
