摘 要:采用电化学噪声法研究硅烷对混凝土的防水性影响,通过统计学和傅立叶变换,对硅烷防护的混凝土试样噪声数据进行分析.结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,硅烷防护的混凝土试样电位噪声0.825mV、电流噪声漂移值0.046μA、噪声电阻1800.8Ω·cm^2;无硅烷防护混凝土试样电位噪声0.5mV、电流噪声漂移值3.45μA、噪声电阻260Ω·cm^2.硅烷对混凝土具有较优良的防水浸蚀效果.随着浸渍时间延长,硅烷对混凝土防护效果逐渐下降,并接近无防护混凝土状态.实验结果表明电化学噪声谱能较好地快速评价硅烷对混凝土的防护性能.The performance of a silane coating on concrete was investigated by means of electrochemical noise spectrum.The time domain curves of the voltage and current of the silane coating were analyzed.The results show that the silane coating on concrete has excellent waterproof property,which mainly reflects in potential noise 0.825 mV,current noise drift value 0.046μA, noise resistance as high as 1800.8Ω·cm^2 when immersed in 3.5%NaCl solution,on the contrary, potential noise 0.5 mV,current noise drift value 3.45μA and noise resistance 260Ω·cm^2 for the bare concrete without silane coating.With the increase of immersion time,the potential noise and noise resistance decrease gradually,and current noise increases little by little for the silane coated concrete.It is full-proof that electrochemical noise spectrum is an alternative assessable method for the protectiveness of permeable coatings for concrete.
