摘 要:分析了复合脱氧的机理,进行了钙基复合脱氧剂和SiAlFe脱氧剂在转炉出钢过程中的工业性脱氧试验。结果表明:与SiAlFe脱氧剂相比,钙基复合脱氧剂具有脱氧效果良好、净化钢液和改善钢水流动性和可浇性的优点,使钢材的力学性能显著提高,并使合金Si、Mn平均收得率分别提高1.78%和0.68%,每吨钢脱氧成本降低1.75元;从脱氧工艺效果及经济效益考虑,钙基复合脱氧剂适合用作转炉炼钢的终脱氧剂。The deoxidization mechanism of multi-element compound deoxidizer was analyzed.The industrial deoxidizing test using Ca-based compound deoxidizer was carried out.The results show that compared with SiAlFe deoxidizer,Ca-based compound deoxidizer has advantages,such as well-deoxidization effect,purification molten steel,and improving the flowability and castability of liquid steel,the average recovery rate of Si and Mn can be increased by 1.78% and 0.68%,respectively,and the cost of deoxidation be reduced by 1.75 yuan every tons of steel.In the sight of the process effect and economic benefit of the deoxidation,Ca-based compound deoxidizer is suitable for final deoxidizer in converter steel-making.
