摘　　要：针对磨球轧制机中斜轧轧辊螺旋孔型带有变高度、变螺距型槽的特点,以轧制φ38mm磨球为例,计算了轧辊的相关参数,阐述了轧辊的设计方法,克服了轧辊在设计和加工等方面的困难,为轧辊的实体建模及数控加工提供了理论依据。Based on the characteristics of the roller with variable height spiral groove and variable pitch groove in grinding ball skew rolling machine,taking 38 mm grinding ball as an example,the parameters of the roller was calculated,the design method of the roller was described,which overcomed the difficulties about the roller design and manufacture,and provided a theoretical basis for solid modeling and CNC machining of the roller.The designed roller has high production efficiency,high utilization of materials and good quality.
