摘  要:目的探讨应变率成像技术预测非心肌梗死冠状动脉多支病变的价值。方法选取接受CAG的非心肌梗死患者118例,其中多支病变43例(多支病变组),单支病变32例(单支病变组),43例造影正常(对照组),分析3组研究对象收缩期峰值应变(SPI)及应变率(SRSI)有无差异。结果多支病变组SRS和SP绝对值均低于单支病变组及对照组(P<0.05)。分别以SP>-15.0%、SRS>-1.01 s-1作为截断值,诊断多支病变的敏感度分别为65.12%(28/43)和72.09%(31/43),特异度为90.67%(68/75)和74.67%(56/75)。结论应变率成像能够预测冠状动脉多支病变。Objective To assess the predictable value of strain rate imaging for multivessel coronary artery disease(CAD) without myocardial infarction.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients without myocardial infarction were recruited,including 43 patients with multivessel disease(multivessel group),32 with single vessel disease(single vessel group) and 43 no vessel disease(control group).The parameters included peak systolic S as well as SR(SP,SRS) measured,and the differences were analyzed among three groups.Results The absolute values of SPI and SRSI significantly decreased in multivessel disease group compared with those of single vessel group and control group(P〈0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of an optimal cut-off value of 〉-15.0% for SPI or 〉-1.01 s-1 for SRSI to detect multivessel disease was 65.12%(28/43),72.09%(31/43) and 90.67%(68/75),74.67%(56/75),respectively.Conclusion Strain rate imaging is an accurate method for the detection of multivessel CAD.
