摘  要:目的利用64排螺旋CT观察肺裂的发育及变异情况。方法对530例接受胸部64排螺旋CT检查且无胸部疾病的患者CT图像上肺裂的起止点、肺裂发育的完整程度及额外裂的发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果水平裂多起自斜裂的后1/4-1/3范围,止于第2-4前肋水平。双侧斜裂的起点多位于第4-6后肋水平,右侧斜裂的止点多位于横膈前1/4-1/3范围,左侧斜裂的止点大多较右侧偏前。530例中,172例(172/530,32.45%)肺裂发育正常,358例(358/530,67.55%)肺裂发育异常。肺裂发育异常共387处,其中水平裂异常217处(217/387,56.07%),右侧斜裂异常61处(61/387,15.76%),左侧斜裂异常109处(109/387,28.17%)。134例患者出现额外裂共136处。结论通过MSCT及其后处理技术,可较为准确地观察肺裂的发育及变异情况。64排螺旋CT是在体、生理状态下进行肺裂研究有价值的方法。Objective To investigate the growth status and variation of lung fissure with 64-slice CT.Methods CT images of 530 patients without thoracic diseases were analyzed retrospectively.The starting and ending points,growth integrity degree of lung fissure and the occurrence of extra fissure were observed.Results The majority of the horizontal fissure started at the posterior 1/4—1/3 part of oblique fissure and terminated at the level of 2nd to 4th anterior ribs.In most cases,the starting point of bilateral oblique fissures located at the level of 4th to 6th posterior ribs,and the ending point of right oblique fissure located at the anterior 1/4—1/3 part of diaphragm,while the position of ending point location in left oblique fissure was slightly higher than that in right oblique fissure.Among all the cases,dysplasia of lung fissure was found in 358(358/530,67.55%),and normal lung fissure was found in 172(172/530,32.45%).There were 387 dysplastic fissures of 358 cases with lung fissure dysplasia,including 217 in horizontal fissure(217/387,56.07%),61 in right oblique fissure(61/387,15.76%) and 109 in left oblique fissure(109/387,28.17%).Moreover,totally 136 extra fissures were found in 134 cases.Conclusion The growth status and variation of lung fissure could be well observed using 64-slice CT and its postprocessing technique.64-slice CT is a valuable method for the research of lung fissure in vivo.
