摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿肢体畸形的产前超声诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我科2004年1月—2010年12月筛查出的肢体畸形胎儿49胎。结果本组包括软骨发育不全9胎,成骨发育不全5胎,残肢畸形10胎,足畸形18胎,手畸形6胎,人体鱼序列征1胎。结论胎儿肢体畸形的超声诊断十分重要,应提高检查胎儿肢体的意识,按照顺序对胎儿肢体进行产前检查。Objective To discuss the prenatal diagnosis value of fetal limb deformities with ultrasound.Methods Forty-nine fetus with limb deformities examined from Jan 2004 to Dec 2010 in department of ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of all fetus,9 were achondroplasia,5 were osteogenesis imperfecta,10 were limb stump deformities,18 were foot deformities,6 were hand deformities and 1 was sirenomelia sequence syndrome.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of limb deformities is very important.Fetal limbs should be examined one part after another.
