农村新型社区低碳理念规划构思——以河底铺为例

摘　　要：自2000年之后,党中央国务院提出社会主义新农村建设的种种内容,之后新农村规划工作在全国如火如荼开展开来,最近几年以河南新乡、重庆为首的针对农村的新型社区规划逐渐取得了越来越好的成效,之后农村新型社区逐渐在全国推广,本文以河南新乡河底铺社区为例,基于低碳理念的基础上对社区进行规划构思,角度如下:规划布局、道路交通、绿地系统规划、能源和基础设施规划等方面。以期对同行起到一定的借鉴作用。Since 2000, the Central committee of CCP and the state council put forward various policies regarding Socialist New Countryside Construction. Since then the planning of new countryside has been spreading in our country. In recent years achievements have been made in Henan Xinxiang, Chongqing. Afterwards new rural community mode gradually spreads in the whole nation. Taking Hedipu community in Henan Province as an example, the article plans and designs the community based upon the idea of low carbon, from the perspectives of the plan layout, road traffic, the green space system planning, energy and infrastructure planning, etc.
