摘　　要：目的确定国人脑电双频指数（BIS）降低50%和50%患者意识消失所需要的靶控输注依托咪酯的半数有效血浆靶浓度（Cp50）。方法不用术前药的20例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级患者接受预先设定的依托咪酯靶控输注浓度100~700 ng/ml,监测BIS,并以镇静/警觉评分（OAA/S评分）评估镇静程度,OAA/S≤3认为意识消失。结果 BIS降低50%时的Cp50为（551±17）ng/ml;意识消失的Cp50和Cp95分别是（337±11）ng/ml和（397±13）ng/ml。结论该研究确定了本组国人患者BIS降低50%和50%患者意识消失所需要依托咪酯的Cp50。Objective To determine the half-effective target plasma concentration（Cp50） of etomidate for lose of consciousness and a fifty percent decrease of bispectral index（BIS）.MethodsTarget-controlled infusion（TCI） of etomidate in different concentrtions（100,150,200,250,300,350,500 and 700 ng/ml） was performed in 20 ASA Ⅰor Ⅱ patients without premedication.Infusion of each TCI concentration was maintained at least 8 min.Sedation level was evaluated with OAA/S and BIS.OAA/S≤3 was defined as unconsciousness.Results The Cp50 and Cp95 for lose of consciousness were（337±11） ng/ml and（397±13） ng/ml,respectively.The Cp50 was（551±17） ng/ml for a fifty percent decrease of BIS.Conclusion The Cp50 of TCI etomidate for lose of consciousness and a fifty percent decrease of BIS is determined in the present group of Chinese patients.
