摘　　要：目的:回顾分析131I治疗Graves病的临床疗效与相关的影响因素。方法:对本科406例接受131I治疗的Graves病患者进行了1年~2.5年的跟踪随访,分析一次治疗的治愈率和甲减发生率与患者的性别、年龄、甲状腺重量及131I剂量等因素的关系。结果:在随访406例病人中,治愈248例(61.08%),好转155例(38.18%),甲减118例(29.06%),无效3例(0.74%),总有效率99.26%。性别、年龄对Graves病一次131I治疗的治愈率及甲减发生率的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲状腺重量1、31I剂量对治愈率及甲减发生率的影响有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:131I治疗Graves病安全、简便、效果显著,可作为Graves病的首选治疗方法。甲状腺重量1、31I剂量等因素可影响131I一次治疗Graves病的疗效及甲减发生率。AIM： To retrospectively analysis the clinical effect of 131I therapy of Graves dis- ease and some correlative factors. METHODS： The effects of some factors which including gen-der,age,thyroid weight and ^131I dose on the cure rate and the incidence rate of hypothyroidism were observed, through the follow-up of 406 ca- ses between 12 and 29 months of ^131I therapy of patients with Graves disease in our hospital. RE- SULTS：406 patients, the follow-up showed that the therapy was recovered in 248（61.08%）, ef-fective 155 （38.18%）, became hypothyroidism in 118（29.06%）, failure in 3 （0.74%）. Totally, 99.26% patients were responsed to the interven-tion. The gender and age were no significantdifference to the incidence rate of hypothyroid ism and cure rate after ^131I in the initial treat-ment of Graves disease （P） 0.05）. Thyroid weight and dose of ^131I showed significant differ-ence to the incidence rate of hypothyroidism and cure rate （P〉0.01）. CONCLUSION： Idine-131therapy is preffered for patients with graves dis ease because of being efficient, convenient and secure. The difference of thyroid weight and dose of ^131I do significant influence to the inci- dence rate of hypothyroidism and cure rate.
