摘　　要：促智药奥拉西坦的问世已有二十余年,国内外对其药理学特征进行了广泛而深入的研究。作为一个在一般药理学上无活性、无毒的认知增强剂,它具备良好的药代动力学特性,其药理作用包括对学习记忆的改善作用以及一定的神经保护作用,其作用机制可能涉及:对中枢胆碱能系统的作用以及其它与认知相关的递质系统(如谷氨酸系统、单胺递质系统)与胆碱能系统的相互作用;对长时程增强的诱导和维持作用;对蛋白激酶C的激活作用;对脑代谢的改善作用;以及外周类固醇激素的影响等。It has been more than 20 years since the birth of nootropic drug oxiracetam, ex- tensive and deep research has been focused on its pharmacological features in china and abroad. As a general pharmacologically inactive and non-toxic cognition enhancer, it possesses good phar- macokinetics characteristics. The pharmacologi-cal effects of oxiracetam include the improve- ment of learning and memory and neuroprotec-tire function. The mechanism of its action may involve, the effect on central acetylcholine sys-tem and the interaction between other neuro-transmitter systems associated with cognition （such as glutamate system, monoamine neuro- transmitter system） and the cholinergic system, induction and maintenance of LTP, activation of protein kinase C, promotion of brain metabo-lism, the impact of peripheral steroid hormones,etc.
