吗啡成瘾大鼠丘脑束旁核超微结构的改变

摘　　要：目的:观察吗啡成瘾大鼠束旁核超微结构的改变。方法:按逐日递增法背部皮下注射吗啡6d,制作成瘾模型,用电镜观察成瘾后大鼠束旁核超微结果。结果:吗啡成瘾组大鼠Pf神经元细胞核畸变明显,核表面出现形态不规则的切迹,细胞浆内线粒体空泡变性,突触膜融合,突触小泡消失,神经毯区髓鞘灶性崩解或裂解,轴突内线粒体絮状变。结论:吗啡成瘾严重损伤束旁核超微结构。Objective：To study Changes in neuronal ultra-structure in parafascicular nucleus（Pf） in morphine dependent rats.Methods：To make animal models of morphine addiction,we subcutaneously injected morphine with gradually increasing doses daily for six days.Then we observed ultra-structures of Pf in morphine dependent rats with the electron microscope.Results：Neurons in Pf of morphine addicted rats showed irregular shapes of nuclear with surface notch,vacuolar degenerations of cytoplasmic mitochondria,synaptic membrane fusions,disappearance of synaptic vesicles,collapsing or cracking in blanket area of myelin,and flocculent degenerations of axonal mitochondria.Conclusion：Morphine addiction caused serious injuries in neuronal ultra-structure in Pf in rats.
