摘  要:目的探讨4-对二甲氨基酚(4-DMAP)对常氧和缺氧犬外周血高铁血红蛋白(MHb)、PQ间期(PQd)和QRS间期(QRSd)等参数的作用差别。方法四川杂种家犬12只,随机分为常氧组、缺氧低、中、高剂量组,每组3只。常氧组吸入空气,缺氧组吸入81.8%:18.2%氮-氧混合气体,1 h后为动物肌肉注射4-DMAP,常氧组注射剂量为3.25 mg/kg,缺氧低、中、高剂量组注射剂量分别为1.95、3.25、5.00 mg/kg,取静脉血测定MHb含量,记录Ⅱ导联心电图,测量PQd、QRSd。结果注射等剂量4-对二甲氨基酚(3.25 mg/kg)后,缺氧组血液MHb含量明显高于常氧组(P<0.05),且一直维持在较高水平;注射3.25 mg/kg的4-对二甲氨基酚后,动物PQd缩短,QRSd延长,缺氧状态时更为明显。结论缺氧可加强4-对二甲氨基酚形成高铁血红蛋白的能力及其对心脏的副作用。Objective To explore the effects of 4-DMAP and hypoxia on MHb content and electrocardiogram signals of PQd and QRSd in peripheral blood of dogs.Methods Twelve dogs were randomly divided into normoxic group,hypoxic group(low dose),hypoxic group(middle dose) and hypoxic group(high dose).The dogs in normoxic group breathed the air while those in hypoxia group inhaled nitrogen-oxygen mixture in proportion as 81.8% : 18.2%.One hour after the operation,4-DMAP was injected(im) at the dose of 3.25 mg/kg in normoxic group and 1.95,3.25 and 5.00 mg/kg in hypoxic group(low dose),hypoxic group(middle dose) and hypoxic group(high dose) respectively.Blood MHb content was measured biochemically and electrocardiogram signals of PQd and QRSd were recorded and analyzed respectively at the designed time points.Results The blood MHb content was obviously increased in hypoxic group compared with that in normoxic group after the injection of 4-DMAP(P0.05).The signals of PQd were significantly shortened while the signals of QRSd were obviously extended by 4-DMAP at the dose of 3.25 mg/kg.Further enhanced effects on PQd and QRSd were demonstrated in hypoxic group.Conclusion Hypoxia could enhance 4-DMAP-induced formation of blood MHb,which may produce side effect on the cardiac function
