摘 要:目的探讨微创解剖钢板内固定结合石膏外固定治疗Pilon骨折的手术方法与临床疗效。方法回顾性分析86例Pilon骨折患者的临床资料,均采用微创解剖钢板内固定结合石膏外固定治疗,住院观察并随访该组患者的临床疗效和并发症。结果治疗随访后,踝关节功能根据Mazur评分法进行评估,优良率达到88.37%,虽然出现8例伤口感染及3例骨折延迟愈合并发症的发生,但均经过常规对症支持治疗治愈后出院。结论微创解剖钢板内固定结合石膏外固定治疗Pilon骨折效果尚可,具有操作简单、固定稳固、骨折愈合快、并发症少等特点,是治疗Pilon骨折较好的手术方式之一。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive anatomical plate osteosynthesis combined with plaster immobilization for Pilon fracture.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with Pilon fracture were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated by minimally invasive anatomical plate osteosynthesis combined with plaster immobilization.The clinical efficacy was evaluated and complications after the treatment were observed during the hospitalization and follow-up.Results According to the evaluation of Mazur scales,the excellent rate was 88.37%.Eight patients with incision infection and 3 patients with delayed union were discharged after receiving related supporting treatment.Conclusion Minimally invasive anatomical plate osteosynthesis combined with plaster immobilization is effective in the treatment of Pilon fracture.With the advantages of simple operation,firm fixiation,quick recovery and fewer complications,it is one of the best treatment for Pilon fractures.
