摘 要:基于三维N-S方程求解,采用三阶段精度TVD格式以及分区算法,结合自由型曲面复杂网格生成技术,开发了高效的冷气掺混流场计算方法。对某气冷涡轮在多种喷气方案下的流场进行了数值模拟,指出叶片前缘喷气对叶栅能量损失影响相对较小。叶片顶端开设离散孔喷气方案具有较小的能量损失以及较好的气冷效果。所开发的计算方法能够较好地应用于冷气掺混复杂流场的计算。Based on the solutions to the three-dimensional N-S equation,by using the TVD(total variation diminished) format and division algorithm with a three-order precision and in combination with the free type curved surface complex grid generation technique,developed was an effective method for calculating cold-air mixed and diluted flow fields.A numerical simulation was performed of the flow field in an air-cooling turbine with various air jet schemes and the air jet from the leading edge of the blades exercising a relatively small influence on the energy loss of the cascade was pinpointed.The air jet scheme with discrete holes drilled at the top of the blades has a relatively small energy loss and can achieve relatively good air-cooling effectiveness.The calculation method developed by the authors can be applicable for calculating complex flow fields mixed and diluted with cold air.
