摘 要:采用标准k-epsilon,SST以及DES 3种湍流模型对小流量工况下半开式离心泵的流量-扬程曲线和内部流场进行了数值模拟。为了验证模拟结果,应用二维粒子图像测速技术(PIV)对离心泵的内部流场进行了实验测量。研究证明:对于半开式离心泵流量-扬程曲线的预测,3种数值方法都能比较准确的进行预测;而对于内部流场的预测,标准k-epsilon和SST湍流模型不能得到准确全面的结果,而DES方法则可以较为准确的预测出内部流场细节。The standard k-ε,SST(shear stress transport) and DES(detached eddy simulation) three turbulent flow models were used to numerically simulate the flow rate-lift curves and inner flow field of a semi-open type centrifugal pump operating under a small flow rate condition.To verify the simulation result,the two-dimensional PIV(particle image velocimetry) technology was employed to conduct an experiment and measurement of the inner flow field of the pump.It has been found that with respect to the prediction of the flow-lift curves of the pump,all the three numerical simulation methods can predict relatively accurately.As for the prediction of the inner flow field,the standard k-ε and SST turbulent flow models can not provide an overall and accurate result while the DES method can relatively accurately predict the details of the inner flow field.
