摘 要:对含氟涂料表面喷涂改性氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)试样的摩擦性能进行研究,并与膨胀石墨改性HNBR试样进行对比。结果表明,采用含氟涂料对HNBR试样表面进行喷涂改性,在摩擦初期即可获得极低的摩擦因数,并在较长时间内将其保持;在大量填充膨胀石墨情况下,膨胀石墨改性HNBR试样在摩擦一段时间后可获得并长期保持较低的摩擦因数,但初始摩擦因数很高。采用扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱和红外光谱等手段对含氟涂料喷涂改性HNBR试样的减磨机理进行研究,发现喷涂改性方法可在试样表面覆盖一层减磨涂料,从而使试样在摩擦初期就具有极低的摩擦因数;随着摩擦试验的进行,这些含氟涂料游离在摩擦界面上,形成一个连续的减磨层。喷涂工艺对涂层分布的均匀性有影响,从而影响了试样摩擦性能的稳定性。The friction property of surface modified HNBR by fluorinated coating was studied,and compared with that of graphite filled HNBR.The results showed that,HNBR with fluorinated coating had very small friction coefficient at the beginning and it kept unchanged;HNBR filled with large amount of graphite also could achieve low friction coefficient after being tested for a period of time,but the initial friction coefficient was high.It was found by SEM,EDS and FTIR that sprayed fluorinated coating formed a low friction layer covering HNBR and resulting in low friction coefficient from the initial stage;and with test going,the fluorinated coating dissociated in the friction interface to form a continuous lubrication layer.The condition of spraying process affected the uniformity of coating,thus affected the friction properties.
