国际货币体系变革中的人民币国际化

摘　　要：2007年金融危机以来,国际货币体系面临或正在发生深刻的变革。鉴于历史上其他货币国际化的启示及目前我国经济具备的客观条件,从区域扩展角度分析,人民币宜采取先"周边化"、再"区域化"、最后实现"国际化"的发展路径。从货币职能角度来看,推动人民币成为国际化的"结算货币"、"投资货币"和"储备货币"是人民币国际化进程中的关键环节,需要注意的是,完善人民币国际化的上述三个职能并不是相互孤立的,也没有严格的先后顺序,而应该是相辅相成、互相促进的关系。The international monetary system is undergoing profound changes since the 2007 financial crisis. The RMB should take the first ＂peripheral＂ and then ＂regionalization＂ and finally to achieve ＂international＂ development path expanding from a regional perspective according to the history of the revelation of other currencies and the current international economy with the objective conditions in China. From the view of monetary functions, there are three key links for the process of internationalization of the RMB as ＂monetary settlement＂, ＂investment money＂ and ＂reserve currency＂. It should be noted that to promote the intemationalization of the RMB, to improve the RMB internationalization of the above three functions are not mutually isolated, there is no strict order, but should be complementary and mutually reinforcing.
