母体锰、硒营养缺乏与胎儿神经管缺损  被引量:5

摘  要:采用Varian SpectrAA-40原子吸收分光光度计测定了胎儿神经管缺损孕妇、正常孕妇和健康末孕妇女各50例血清中锰、硒含量,统计结果表明:胎儿神经管缺损孕妇血清锰显著低于正常孕妇和健康未孕妇女(P<0.001),而正常孕妇和健康未孕妇女血清锰水平差异无显著性(P>0.05);胎儿异常和正常母体血清硒水平均显著低于健康未孕妇女(P<0.001),两组孕妇血清硒水平差异无显著性差别(P>0.05)。研究结果提示:胎儿神经管缺损与母体缺锰有关,母体血清锰水平可作为发现宫内畸形危险的重要参数;血清硒水平可用来评价孕妇硒的营养状态而不能用来估计胎儿宫内生长发育的情况,为满足胎儿正常生长发育的需要,注意在妊娠早期给孕妇补充硒是十分必要的。The contents of serum Mn and Se of 50 normal pregnant women, 50 pregnant women with fetal neurol tube defects(NTD)and 50 unpregnant healthy women were measured by Varican SpectrAA-40p Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.Statistical results showed(1)Serum Mn contents of NTD group was significantly lower than normal pregnant and unpregnant women(p<0.001,0.001).There was no significant difference between normal pregnant and unpregnant women(p>0.05).(2)Serum Se levels of two pregnant women groups were obviously lower than those of unpregnant women(p<0.001),but had no significant difference in two pregnant women groups(p>0.05).The results imply that fetal NTD is related to mother's Mn deficiency.The maternal Mn levels can be used as reference indicator for risk of intrauterine malformation;It is necessary to pay attention to supplying pregnant women with Se nutrition in order to satisfy the needs for normal growth of fetus.However the maternal serum Se level can only be used to evaluate the nutrient conditions of the pregnant women,but it cart not be used as an indicator for estimating intrauterine growth.
