摘  要:研究了用于中低温固体氧化物燃料电池(IT-SOFC)的高性能新型阴极材料Ba1.0-xCo0.7Fe0.2Nb0.1O3-δ(B1-xCFN,x=0,0.05,0.10)。以氧化钆掺杂氧化铈(GDC)为电解质,制备了B1-xCFN||GDC||B1-xCFN和La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)||GDC||LSCF对称电池,对比了不同组成Ba含量的B1-xCFN和LSCF阴极的电化学性能;并将B1-xCFN和LSCF阴极制备在NiO-GDC||GDC阳极支撑半电池上,研究其在全电池中的性能。结果表明,500℃时,B1-xCFN(x=0,0.05,0.10)的Rp值分别仅为LSCF的10.52%、7.72%和4.33%;650℃时,B1-xCFN(x=0,0.05,0.10)的Rp值分别是LSCF的66.62%、51.49%和42.76%;在500~650℃,以B1-xCFN为阴极的单电池性能也均显著高于以LSCF为阴极的电池性能,B1-xCFN电极表现出了优良的氧催化活性,是极富应用前景的中低温固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料。The electrochemical properties of Ba1.0-xCo0.7Fe0.2Nb0.1O3-δ(B1-xCFN,x=0,0.05,0.10) as a desirable novel cathode material for intermediate solid oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFCs) were investigated.Symmetrical fuel cells with GDC as electrolyte,using simultaneously the same materials B1-xCFN or La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF) as both anode and cathode,were prepared and the polarization resistance Rp of B1-xCFN||GDC||B1-xCFN and LSCF||GDC||LSCF symmetrical cells in air were evaluated with an electrochemical work station;afterwards the anode-supported single cells with B1-xCFN and LSCF cathode were prepared respectively,and their performance were tested.The results show that the Rp of B1-xCFN(x=0,0.05,0.10) accounts for 10.52%,7.72% and 4.33% of that of LSCF at 500 ℃;and the Rp of B1-xCFN(x=0,0.05,0.10) accounts for 66.62%,51.49% and 42.76% of that of LSCF at 650 ℃;besides,performance of anode-supported single cells with B1-xCFN cathode are much better than that of cells with LSCF cathode during 500-650 ℃,B1-xCFN cathode displays excellent oxygen catalytic effects,which indicates B1-xCFN is a potential cathode material for SOFC operated at low or intermediate temperatures.
