摘　　要：从能源及资源效用、物理环境的保护和居住的舒适程度三个方面的少数关键指标构建了绿色生态住宅小区评价指标体系,为使评价结果更可靠,提出了业主参与的绿色生态住宅小区评价方法,同时充分利用专家的知识和智能来确定绿色生态住宅小区评价指标权重和指标属性值的方法。案例分析结果表明,该方法有效、可行。According to the few and key principle, a green ecological residential district evaluation index system is established from three aspects： energy and resource utility, physical environment protection and living comfort level. In order to make the assessment results more reliable, the assessment method based on owners participating is presented, which makes full use of experts＇ knowledge and intelligence. The result of case analysis shows that this method is effective and feasible.
