摘 要:用McAb-Sandwich-ELISA(夹心法)及McAb-Dot-ELISA(点免疫法)同步检测了46例包虫病人及42例正常人的不同抗原样品,结果表明:McAb夹心法对患者血清、尿液抗原阳性检出率分别为:80.43%、78.26%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且血清与尿液抗原检测结果无差别(P>0.05),具有相关性(P<0.05);点免疫法抗原检出率分别为73.91%、58.79%。两法在检测尿液抗原上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示前法优于后法。推荐检测尿液抗原(夹心法)进行包虫病的无损伤性免疫诊断。Different antigen samples from forty six patients with hydatid disease and forty two normal subjects were detected by McAb Sandwich ELISA and McAb Dot ELISA synchronously.The results showed that the positive rates of detecting antigen in sera and urine from patients are 80.43% and 78.26% respectively. Which are significantly higher than those of control groups (P<0.05), the results of detecting antigen in sera and urine have positive relation(P<0.05).Using Dot ELISA, we obtained correspondingly positive rates of 73.91% and 58.79%. Significant differences were present in detecting antigen in urine between the two methods(P<0.05). It was concluded that detecting antigen in urine by McAb Sandwich ELISA is a effective,noninvasive method for diagnosis of hydatid disease.
