摘　　要：随着数字电视增值业务的逐步实现,出现了承载该功能的新终端——多功能遥控器,如何保证多功能遥控器应用(如多媒体短消息业务)安全成为新课题。针对当前数字电视多媒体消息业务的不安全因素,提出了ECC公钥密码应用于数字电视多媒体消息业务,并设计和实现签发及验证ECC证书的TVMMS系统。有效弥补了数字电视增值业务中身份认证和状态检测方面的缺陷。With the digital television multimedia message services bringing out, there＇s a new terminal carrying the functions the multifunction telecontroller. So how to guarantee the securty of the television-service＇s applications （such as the multimedia messaging service） becomes a new topic. Currently, multimedia-messaging-service hide insecure factors. In this paper, the ECC public keyings are applied to digital TV multimedia message service, and the signature and verification of TVMMS＇ ECC certificates are designed and realized, effectively compensating for the digital TV multimedia message service identity authentication and detection of deficiencies.
