摘 要:目的:探讨加味黄芪赤风汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿治疗及抗自由基损伤的作用。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射阿霉素制作阿霉素肾病模型,于实验第2、4、6、8周末收集24h尿液并测24h尿蛋白定量,于实验第8周末取血和肾脏组织,进行血清ALB、TP、TCH以及肾脏皮质SOD、MDA的测定。结果:2倍剂量加味黄芪赤风汤组与同期模型组相比,实验第4、6、8周末24h尿蛋白定量均降低(P<0.05),肾脏皮质SOD显著升高(P<0.01)及MDA降低(P<0.05);正常剂量加味黄芪赤风汤组与同期模型组相比,实验第4周末24h尿蛋白定量减少(P<0.05),肾脏皮质SOD显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:加味黄芪赤风汤能够明显改善阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿,提高抗自由基能力,改善肾脏自由基损伤。Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiaweihuangqichifeng decoction on proteinuria and radical damage in nephrotic rats.Method: The rat-models were induced by adriamycin which was injected by caudal vein to cause nephritic syndrome.The amount of 24-hour urinary protein was tested at 14th,28th,42nd and 56th day respectively.Blood and kidneys were harvested by the 56th day,after which biochemical tests were done.Result: The proteinuria decreased after the treatment of drugs: The group treated with double dose had significant differences(P0.05) compared with the model group at the 28th,42nd and 56th day separately.The group treated with moderate dose had significant differences(P0.05) at the 28th day compared with the model group.Meanwhile,compared with the model group,the double dose group had significant differences in renal cortex SOD(P0.01) and renal cortex MDA(P0.05),while the renal cortex SOD(P0.01) in the group treated with moderate dose.Conclusion: The experiment suggested that Jiaweihuangqichifeng decoction can decrease the proteinuria with the effect of reduce radical damage.
