摘  要:根据坝式路堤设计的库容特性,考虑库区蓄水、存水损失、泄洪需要,运用蓄水增量法,对坝式路堤涵洞及附属泄洪设施设计进行了水文分析,给出了坝式路堤涵洞及附属泄洪设施免建、缓建或与坝式路堤同期建设方案的确定方法,得到了坝式路堤具有蓄水坝功能的年限计算方法。结果表明:该方法对干旱、半干旱地区坝式路堤涵洞及附属泄洪设施的设计具有参考价值。Based on reservoir features of dam-embankment design,taking into consideration of the water storage,storage loss and the requirement for flood-discharge and adopting method of water storage increment,authors offered a hydrological analysis on the culvert and attached flood-discharge device in dam-embankment.A decisive method of construction project about non-construction,postponed construction and simultaneous construction of culvert and attached flood-discharge device in the dam-embankment was provided.Meanwhile,time limit calculating method of the water storage function of the dam-embankment was given.Results show that the proposed method can provide reference for design of the culvert and the attached flood-discharge device in dam-embankment of dry and semi-dry regions.
