摘 要:通过对一座钢管混凝土桁拱肋截面布置温度测点并在现场布置小型气象站,进行了拱肋截面温度场的测试及气象资料的采集,对各弦管的温度分布进行了分析,并应用有限元法分析了各弦管的平均温度以及由此引起的温度应力。结果表明:桁拱各弦管的温度分布中,在与太阳升落方向平行的系列上,上、下弦管温度分布相近;在与太阳升落方向垂直的系列上,左、右弦管的温度分布接近;桁拱各弦管的温度分布及平均温度与单圆管接近,实际分析中可按单圆管来考虑;桁拱各弦管之间的平均温度相差较小,由其引起的温度应力也较小,弦管与腹管的温差对弦管和腹管的应力影响均较小,实际计算中可不考虑。Through setting the thermal test points on section of concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) truss arch and the mini weather stations on site,the thermal field test on section of CFST truss arch rib and the meteorological data collection were carried out.The temperature distributions of chord member were analyzed.The average temperatures and the corresponding thermal stresses were also analyzed by finite element method.The result shows that temperature distributions of top and bottom chord members are similar in the series which is parallel to the direction of sun's movement,temperature distributions of the left and right chord members are similar in the series which is perpendicular to the direction of sun's movement.The temperature distribution and the average temperature of each chord member are similar to those of the singular circular tube.In consideration of simply analysis,the thermal field of singular circular tube can be used.The average temperature of each chord member is similar so that the thermal stress caused by the average temperature difference of each chord member is too little to be neglected.The thermal stresses of chord member and the web member are little influenced by the temperature difference of the two members which can be neglected in calculation.
