吲哚美辛栓防治膀胱无抑制性收缩135例临床观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察吲哚美辛栓对前列腺电切术后膀胱无抑制性收缩的防治效果。方法回顾总结滑县中心医院2005年12月至2009年12月间前列腺电切病例206例,对135例采用直肠给予吲哚美辛栓的方法,观察对术后膀胱无抑制性收缩的防治结果。结果对135例采用直肠给予吲哚美辛栓的方法,使术后膀胱无抑制性收缩的发病率较对照组的53%降为17%,并且具有良好的治疗作用。结论直肠给予吲哚美辛栓对前列腺电切术后膀胱无抑制性收缩具有良好的防治效果,能够明显减少术后并发症,促进患者康复。Objective To compare the control effect of indomethacin suppository after resection of the prostate without inhibiting contraction of bladder.Methods Our hospital reviewed December 1998-December 2003 totally 206 cases of transurethral resection,135 cases with rectal suppository of indomethacin,we observed no inhibition on bladder contraction in the prevention and treatment results.Results Totally 135 cases with rectal suppository of indomethacin ways,in which no inhibition of bladder contraction compared to the control group the incidence 53% decreased to 17%,and has good therapeutic effect.Conclusions Rectal suppository of indomethacin resection of the prostate without inhibiting bladder contraction has good control,can significantly reduce postoperative complications and promote patient＇s recovery.
