全结肠净化排毒疗法配合中药保留灌肠治疗CKD4期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察全结肠净化排毒疗法配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾脏病4期(CKD4)患者的临床疗效。方法在CRF常规综合治疗的同时,应用JS-308结肠透析机进行全结肠清洗、结肠透析及中药保留灌肠。结果治疗后患者临床症状均有明显改善,BUN、Scr显著降低(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上配合结肠透析,对延缓CKD4期向终末期的发展,减轻临床症状,提高生活质量,是一项行之有效的治疗方法。进行中药结肠透析,既无创伤,又经济方便、安全有效,且患者容易接受,值得推广。Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of whole colon purification and detoxification treatments combination with Chinese herbal retention enema to treat CKD4 period.Methods The routine CRF treatmentwas usedwith a combined method of JS-308 colonic dialysis and the Chinese clyster to clean the colon.Results The symptoms of the patientswere improved and therewas a significantdifference after the treatment（P0.05）.Conclusions The thera-Conclusion：Conventional therapy combination with colonic dialysis is an effective therapeutic method,to postpone chronic kidney disease 4 period development to terminal stage,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve quality of life.There are many advantages of colonic dialysis with Chinese herbal,for instance cheap and convenience,safe and effective,and without trauma.Therefore,it is easily accepted by patients,worth spreading to more clinical practice.
