摘 要:单晶铜线材具有优异的力学、电学性能,但其表面易氧化,影响外观和表面质量。以聚氨酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、环氧树脂E-20为原料,制备出一种新型的单晶铜线材表面防氧化涂料,并对涂料的各项性能进行了测试。测试结果表明:所研制的涂料具有良好的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,将其涂覆于单晶铜线材表面,在室温下能有效防止铜线材表面变色,并使铜线材在150℃时的氧化速度仅为裸单晶铜线的17.840%。Although the single crystal copper wires (SCCW) have excellent mechanical properties and electrical properties, they oxidized easily, that will influence appearance and surface quality of SCCW. Using polyurethane as film components, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as multi-isocyanate, epoxy resin E-20 as hydroxyl components, a new type of the anti-oxidation coating on the single crystal copper wire surface was developed, and various properties of the coating were tested. The results show that the developed coating has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. When it is coated on the surface of SCCW, discoloration can be effectively prevented at room temperature, and oxidation speed can be slowed to 17. 840% at 150℃.
