摘 要:为了研究电刷镀复合镀层的工艺条件(颗粒粒径和搅拌方式)对镀层性能的影响,采用不同粒径的Al2O3颗粒和超声波震荡、机械震荡两种搅拌方式,在45钢基体上制备了几种镍基-Al2O3颗粒复合电刷镀层,对比分析了镀层的表面形貌及组织成分、耐腐蚀性能、与基体的结合力以及硬度等。结果表明:Al2O3的粒度越小,镀层表面的微观组织越致密,颗粒更为细小且均匀,与基材的结合强度更高,耐蚀性也更好;采用超声波震荡比机械震荡更有利于镀层性能的提高。In order to study the effect of process conditions(particle size and mixing method)on coatings properties of composite brush plating. The coatings of 45 steel with different grain sizes of Ni-Al2O3/Ni composite brush plating were prepareted with Al2O3 particles with different grain size by ultrasonic vibration and mechanical shock. The surface morphology and tissue composition, corrosion resistance, bonding strength with the substrate, and hardness of the coatings were analyzed comparatively. The results show that the Ni matrix composite with the smaller Al2O3 particles size has the more dense surface morphology of coating, the more uniform particles, the higher bond strength with the substrate and the better corrosion resistance; And the method using ultrasonic vibration is more conducive to improved performance than the method using mechanical shock.
