摘 要:采用CVD法得到功能纤维,采用阻燃涤纶纤维和功能纤维进行混纺的编织工艺,编织成均匀网格布,根据不同地区的具体地貌,对网格布进行丝网印染制备得战术篷布。研究了该篷布吸波性能、面密度、断裂强力和阻燃等性能。结果表明:在功能纤维质量分数为8%时,在8~12GHz和26.5~40GHz范围该篷布的吸波性能最佳,反射率都低于-13dB。同时,在功能纤维质量分数为8%的条件下,篷布的面密度、断裂强力和阻燃等性能都能达到军用篷布的需求。The functional fiber was prepared via the method of CVD and the gridding tabby fabric was made by blending functional fiber and flame retardant fiber. Based on the idiographic physiognomy of the different area, the tactical tarpaulin was prepared by printing and dyeing the gridding tabby fabric. The absorbing properties, area density, breaking strength and flame retardant property of the tarpaulin were discussed. The results show that when the content of functional fiber is 8 % in the frequency range 8--12 GHz and 26.5--40 GHz the absorbing properties of tactical tarpaulin is best and the reflectivity is below -13 dB. And that the other properties can reach the standard of the serve tarpaulin too.
