黄芪箭丸治疗糖尿病麻木疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气养血、活血化痰、通络止痛的中药制剂黄芪箭丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法治疗组40例在饮食控制、运动治疗及西药降糖药物治疗的同时加用益气养血、活血化痰、通络止痛中药黄芪箭丸,对照组20例在同等条件下使用卡马西平治疗。结果治疗组改善麻木疗效优于对照组;对疼痛及腱反射改善两者无统计学差异。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论益气养血、活血化痰、通络止痛的中药制剂黄芪箭丸是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变麻木疼痛症状的有效方药。objective：To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Huang Qi Jian pills with the function of tonifying qi and blood,promoting blood circulation to remove phlegm,and activating meridians to stop pain for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods： 40 cases in the therapeutic group were given Huang Qi Jian pills besides dietary control,sports therapy and hypoglycemics.20 cases in the control group were given carbamazepine with the same other conditions.Results： The improvement of anesthesia of the therapeutic group was better than that of the control group.The improvement of pain and tendon reflex of the two groups had no statistical difference.No obvious adverse reaction was seen during the course.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine preparation Huang Qi Jian pill with the function of tonifying qi and blood,promoting blood circulation to remove phlegm,and activating meridians to stop pain is effective for the treatment of diabetic anesthesia dolorosa.
