虎杖对实验性高尿酸血症小鼠降尿酸有效部位的研究

摘　　要：目的考察虎杖降尿酸作用的有效部位及可能有效物质。方法制造小鼠高尿酸血症模型,观察虎杖不同提取部位的降尿酸作用并研究各部位活性与所含成分的相关性。结果虎杖不同提取部位均能抑制氧嗪酸钾盐所致高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸,其降尿酸作用与大黄素含量的相关系数为0.7335;与虎杖苷含量的相关系数0.4186。结论虎杖有降尿酸作用,活性部位三氯甲烷部位,降尿酸活性成分为大黄素等。Objective：To investigate the effective parts and possible effective ingredients of Polygonum Cuspidatum for lowering uric acid level.Methods： Mice models of hyperuricemia were made.The uric acid lowering effects of different parts of Polygonum Cuspidatum were observed.The activity of each part and its contents were examined.Results： All the parts could lower the uric acid of mice with hyperuricemia caused by potassium oxonate.The correlation coefficient of the uric acid lowering effects and emodin content was 0.7335,and of the effects and polydatin content was 0.4186.Conclusion： Polygonum Cuspidatum has the effect of lowering uric acid,its active part is chloroform,and the active ingredient is emodin.
