摘 要:目的探讨动脉自旋标记(arterial spin labeling,ASL)与动态磁敏感对比增强(dynamic susceptibility-weighted contrast enhanced,DSC)技术在颅内肿瘤鉴别中的临床应用价值。方法经病理证实的35例颅内肿瘤患者,其中胶质瘤20例,转移瘤15例。对所有患者行3.0TMR常规扫描、ASL序列(Q2TIPS)、DSC灌注扫描以及增强扫描,得到两种检查方法的CBF图。所得数据Kruskal-Wallis检验分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义;两种灌注方法的相关性用直线回归分析的方法。结果①ASL法与DSC法在3组中TBF/对侧脑白质CBF、TBF/对侧半球CBF、TBF/对侧脑灰质CBF比值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②两种方法测得的上述比值均密切相关(r分别为0.91、0.92、0.91,P<0.01)。结论 ASL及DSC均可用于颅内肿瘤微血管灌注的评估,两者具有高度相关性。Objective To expore the clinical value of an arterial spin labeling(ASL)technique and dynamic susceptibility-weighted contrast enhanced(DSC)magnetic resonance imaging technique for diagnosing brain tumors.Medthods Totally 35 patients with brain tumors which was confirmed by pathology,20 of them were glioma,15 of them were metastasises.All the patients were performed by 3.0T MR conventional scanning,a second version of quantitative imaging of perfusion by using a single subtraction with addition of thin-section periodic saturation after inversion and a time delsy(Q2TIPS)technique of pulsed arterial spin labeling,DSC perfusion scanning and post-contasting scanning,quire CBF maps of two examine ways.Statistical analysis is Kruskal-Wallis,the value of the two perfusion medthods were analyzed by the linear correlation analysis method.Results ①There are statistical difference between TBF/contralateral white matter CBF,TBF/contralateral hemisphere CBF,and TBF/contralateral gray matter CBF of ASL and DSC methods(P〈0.05).②There was alone linear correlation between both methods.(r=0.91、0.92、0.91,P〈0.01).Conclusions Both ASL and DSC can be used for assessing perfusion of brain tumors,and have positive correlation.
