摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在踝关节骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析36例行X线正侧位片和多层螺旋CT三维重建检查患者的完整影像学资料,观察分析骨折的发生部位、表现形式。结果 (1)36例患者共41侧踝关节骨折,其中单踝骨折5例,双踝骨折25例,三踝骨折11例。伴有足骨骨折11例。(2)多层螺旋CT扫描MPR重建对踝关节骨折诊断率达100%;VR虽然对细小骨折显示不佳,但更有利于空间上了解骨折的移位情况。结论 多层螺旋CT扫描MPR结合VR重建能够充分显示踝关节骨折的发生部位和发生方式,能够为治疗方式的选择提供重要的指导作用。Objective To study the application value of multi-slice spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of ankle fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 cases who were checked by routine X lateral plain film and multi-slice spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction,we observed and analyzed the occurrence of fracture location,form of expression. Results (1)36 patients with 41 lateral ankle fractures,single ankle fractures was 5 cases,double ankle fractures was 25 cases,the trimalleolar fracture was 11 cases. 11 cases accompanied with foot fractures.(2)Reeonstruction of multi-slice spiral CT scan MPR diagnosis of ankle frac- ture rate was 100% ;VR showed poor to small fracture show poor,but it was more conducive to understand the situation of fracture displacement in space. Conciusion The combination of multi-slice spiral CT scan and VR reconstruction of MPR can fully display the occurrence of ankle fracture site and the occurrence of way,it is of great value guidance in the choice of treatment.
