浅议高校图书馆过刊资源的开发利用

摘　　要：过刊资源是高校图书馆极为重要的文献信息资源,具有数量多、信息量大,连续性、完整性,专业性、学术性强,可供参考咨询、专题研究等特点。现实中过刊资源并没有得到充分的开发利用,一个很重要的原因是图书馆管理存在问题。分析影响高校图书馆过刊资源利用的原因,提出开发利用过刊文献资源的有效途径和方法。The outdated periodical resource, with characteristics of large quality, great amount of information, continuity, integrity, being professional, being academic, available for reference and thematic researches and so on, is a vital important document information resource. In practice, the outdated periodical resource is not fully developed and utilized and the main problem lies in management. This paper analyzes reasons that affect utilization of the outdated periodical resource in libraries in colleges or universities and offers some effective channels and methods for development and utilization of the outdated periodical resource.
