甲状腺结节的手术治疗浅析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺结节的诊断方法、手术方式及疗效。方法汇总分析我院2004年6月-2009年8月手术治疗的56例甲状腺结节患者的临床资料。结果 56例患者术后均临床治愈,无伤口感染、术后大出血、窒息及气管切开病例。其中甲状腺功能低下者3例,暂时性声音嘶哑者2例。结论甲状腺结节手术治疗疗效确实,安全可靠。Objective Diagnosis of thyroid nodules,surgical methods and results.Methods Pooled analysis of 2004 in our hospital 6 months-August 2009 56 cases of surgical treatment of thyroid nodules in patients with clinical data.Results 56 patients were clinically cured after surgery,no wound infection,postoperative bleeding,asphyxia and tracheostomy cases.Including 3 cases of thyroid dysfunction,transient hoarseness in 2 cases.Conclusion Indeed surgical treatment of thyroid nodules,safe and reliable.
