雷公藤治疗难治性ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雷公藤多甙治疗难治性ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 34例ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎患者,治疗前后进行NIH-CPSI评分及检测前列腺液中IFN-γ、IL-10水平。结果治疗后NIH-CPSI总评分、疼痛症状评分显著改善(P<0.01);且NIH-CPSI疼痛评分改善更为显著(P<0.001)。治疗后IFN-γ显著降低、IL-10显著增高P<0.01。结论雷公藤治疗难治性ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎疗效满意。Objective To explore the effect of Tripterygium in the treatment of ⅢB Refractory Chronic Prostatitis.Methods All the patients were scored on NIH-CPSI and investigated the levels of IFN-γ,IL-10 in Expressed Proststic Fluid（EPS） in the pre-and post-treatment.Results With in post-treatment,the total score on NIH-CPSI and that on NIH-CPSI pain symtoms were significantly improved（P0.01）,the score on NIH-CPSI pain symptoms was more significantly improved（P0.001）.The levels of IFN-γ in EPS were significantly decreased（P0.01） and that of IL-10 were more significantly improved.Conclusion The treatment of Tripterygium is effective for ⅢB Refractory Chronic Prostatitis.
