摘　　要：主要介绍了新型竹原纤维针织多层医用敷料的设计与开发。该产品是充分利用竹原纤维的天然抗菌抑菌性及针织物复合组织多层结构良好的延伸性而开发的医用敷料,在抗菌抑菌、组织结构、延伸性、舒适性、外观等方面都有了显著的改善,从而弥补了传统敷料的不足,为临床医学提供了性能更优的产品,也为医用纺织品的设计开辟了新的空间。文章还详细介绍了产品的印染加工与成形生产工艺。This paper introduced the design and development of medical bandagesbased on multiply composites knitting fabrics with the bamboo fiber.The improvment of characteristics,dyeing and finishing and shaped processing were studied such as antibacterial,stitch structure,extensibility,comfortable and appearance of the dressing and so on.It compensated the defects for the tradational products and provided us new material with more superior characteristics,also it opened new space for design of medical textiles.
