羊毛/山羊绒混合体毡缩性能研究

摘　　要：应用毡缩球法测试不同长度羊毛的毡缩体积变化规律,并将其与山羊绒纤维混合,研究混合体的毡缩性能,通过实验得出:羊毛毡缩体的体积随温度、时间的增加而变小;纤维越短其毡缩性能越差;羊毛与山羊绒混合时,随羊毛/山羊绒比值减小混合纤维的毡缩体积先增大后减小,当羊毛/山羊绒比值为1∶2时,原长羊毛与山羊绒混合纤维毡缩体积最大,而当羊毛/山羊绒比值为1∶1时,1/2长羊毛、1/3长羊毛与山羊绒混合纤维出现最大毡缩体积。The felting property of wool with different lengths and mixed with cashmere was examined by using felting ball test method.The test results showed that with the increase of the temperature and the time,the volume felting ball of decreased,and with the shorter of the fiber,the volume of felting ball increased.About the mixture of wool and cashmere,with the ratio of wool to cashmere decreased,the volume first increased,and then decreased.When the ratio of wool to cashmere equal to 1∶2,the mixture of wool and cashmere had the biggest volume,and the ratio of wool to cashmere equal to 1∶1,the mixture of 1/2 length wool and 1/3 length wool respectively with cashmere had the biggest volume.
