摘 要:褐藻酸钠生产工艺已有80多年的历史,但一直存在高耗水、高污染等技术缺陷。通过对现有工艺的改进,以达到提高得率和减少用水量的目的。采用单因素方法,对不同稀释倍数下壳聚糖的最佳添加量进行了研究,并比较了最佳添加量下过滤的难易程度。研究结果表明:稀释倍数分别为80、90、100、120倍时,壳聚糖的最佳添加量分别为15、15、12.5、7.5ppm,在同批次实验时,褐藻酸钠的得率分别提高了1.908%、2.08%、2.036%、1.677%。通过硅藻土抽滤实验比较过滤的难易程度,确立了稀释倍数为100倍,壳聚糖添加量12.5ppm的褐藻胶生产新工艺,此工艺与现有工艺相比,得率提高了2.143%,同时降低了16.7%的用水量。Alginate production process history has been longer than 80 years.However,it has a lot of technical problems such as large water consumption,high energy cost and environmental pollution.New technology using chitosan as a flocculate was adopted to improve the traditional alginate processing technology.One-factor-at-a-time method was applied to analyse the optimal amount of chitosan in different dilutions,and the difficulty of filtration was compared.The results indicated that when dilution ratio was 80,90,100,120 respectively,the optimal amount of chitosan was 15,15,12.5,7.5ppm,and the yield rate of alginate had increased 1.908%,2.08%,2.036%,1.677% respectively.In addition,the new alginate processing technology was established by applying 12.5ppm of chitosan when the dilution ratio was 100,by which the yield rate of alginate increased 2.143% and the usage of water decreased 16.7% comparing with those under the traditional technologies.
