摘 要:三维重建基于CT的胸主动脉瘤有限元模型并进行血流动力学数值模拟,为分析胸主动脉瘤的血流动力学机理及其临床治疗提供理论依据.依据临床胸主动脉瘤患者CT数据,结合M IM ICS 11数字化影像处理软件,获取胸主动脉瘤的优化表面模型.随后导入ANSYS ICEM CFD11.0进行胸主动脉瘤模型的有限元网格划分.最后在ANSYS CFX11.0中完成胸主动脉瘤的血流动力学分析.建立了临床上适用于胸主动脉瘤患者血流动力学分析的有限元模型.获得了个性化胸主动脉瘤模型中血液流场的流线、速度矢量、血管壁面压力和血管壁面切应力的分布和变化.模型具有数字化、个性化特征,可用于胸主动脉瘤血液动力学计算,分析临床胸主动脉瘤患者动脉瘤的破裂机理.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysms,a 3D finite element model of thoracic aortic aneurysm was constructed and a numerical simulation of hemodynamics was performed.Based on the clinical patient-specific CT data of thoracic aortic aneurysm and combined with digital image processing software MIMICS 11,an optimized surface model of thoracic aortic aneurysm was constructed.Then the surface model was imported into ANSYS ICEM CFD11.0 to generate volume mesh.At last CFD analysis was performed using ANSYS CFX11.0.A finite element model suitable for hemodynamics analysis of patient-specific thoracic aortic aneurysm was established.Distribution and changes of streamlines,velocity vector,pressure and wall shear stress were obtained in the patient-specific model.The model with digital and patient-specific feature can be applied to hemodynamic analysis of thoracic aortic aneurysm and rupture mechanism of thoracic aortic aneurysms in patient can be analyzed based on the model.
